How about the LCL order and FCL order?

   LCL means that the amount quantity of the ordercan’t reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works(EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but noresponsible for any other process of thetrading.   FCL means that the amount quantity shouldreach a full 20ft container at least. Our prices are FOB price forthe container order; and the price should be unit price for largeorder without the restriction of the MOQ.
For the FOB term, the seller pays all cost of the trading in China.They include the Pulling –truck fee, document fee, the commodityinspection fee, custom clearance fee, Telex release fee, Handlefee, ORC fee.
The buyer just needs to pay the Ocean shipping fee and the cost indestination.     Can I negotiatethe Prices?
